        HelloLoads is not a carrier, freight forwarder or broker. Our site HelloLoads.com acts as a neutral venue where “Consignor” "Consignee" "Customer" (hereinafter referred to as "Shipper") and Transport Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as "TSP" And/Or "Transporter") can meet and enter into agreements.

        We are not and will not be involved in the actual transaction between users and TSPs. Consequently, we have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the transactions themselves. Although every care is taken to verify the identity of TSPs HelloLoads does not guarantee, prequalify or validate the claims of drivers related to their licensure, insurance or certification.

        Therefore, we strongly recommend users to verify licences, insurance and any other professional certifications that TSPs claim to have once the quote is accepted, but prior to pick up.

        • Is not involved in assigning TSPs for Shippers or have knowledge of the agreement made between Shipper and TSP.
        • Does not have any control over the quality, safety, or legal aspects of the transactions that take place on our website www.helloloads.com and does not prequalify/validate the claims of TSPs including with respect to their Payments, Insurance and Registration.
        • Does not endorse, recommend or refer any TSP or Shipper, nor does HelloLoads have any control or influence over actions or decisions made by users of our service.
        • Has no control over the accuracy of listings, ratings, the ability of TSPs to transport/deliver items.
        • Cannot ensure the TSP will actually complete a delivery.
        • Does not guarantee the ability of members to complete or fulfil any services booked through the HelloLoads platform.
        • Cannot and does not guarantee the verification of any member’s identity and are strictly on a best efforts basis and should not be solely relied upon by our members.

    • Why should I sign up/register for HelloLoads.in?
      • Good news is HelloLoads is a non-subscription based website.

        If you are a professional TSP and wish to use HelloLoads as a way of keeping your vehicles full and source extra work we are glad you found us.

        Importantly, HelloLoads does not have any sign up fees or on-going subscription fees so no overheads to worry about!

        This means that it is totally free for all Transport Service Providers (TSPs) to use until they have a bid accepted, at which time a minimal success fee is due. Signing up as a TSP on HelloLoads is simple.

        Before you're able to bid, HelloLoads requires you to register by filling out our simple, step by step form (found at www.HelloLoads.com).

        The moment you complete this registration & verification of documents, your account will be active, giving you full access to HelloLoads's extensive search engine - where you'll be able to find potential jobs and start bidding on them.

        There is one final step... HelloLoads requires all TSPs to become verified, something that will give you long-term benefits.

    • How to sign up/register for HelloLoads.in?
      • HelloLoads does require registration, WE ARE NOT an "instant quotes" website where you would be charged full rate.

        On HelloLoads, you get thousands of genuine enquiries from verified Shippers.

        Click the Login/Register Link on the home page then select Transporter and fillin details like Transporter type, email, contact number, business type ect. Once registration is successful you will be receiving email from HelloLoads.com.

    • Why should we have registration with email addresses and mobile numbers and how important are they?
      • You can use your mail ID or mobile number to login in HelloLoads.com. All the communications related to your account and transactions shall be done to registered email addresses and mobile numbers. Invoices will be sent to registered email addresses. Sometimes, we ask you to verify the transactions through email or mobile communications. Hence both of these are critical.

    • How long does it take to sign up to HelloLoads.com?
      • Under normal internet connectivity, it should not take more than fifteen minutes to sign up provided you follow all the steps correctly without any delays.

    • How to confirm your registration?
      • You can confirm your registration by clicking on the link sent to your registered email address or OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Once your registration is successful, a confirmation mail will received to your mail ID with account activation URL and Username/Password.

        You can activate your account by clicking the activation URL send along with your activation email.

        However, your account will still require documentation verification to make it complete. You'll be required to upload the necessary documents online & we shall confirm the same on successful completion.

        You'll be good to start bidding or post requirements!

        If you encounter problems during registration:

        We want registration to be easy for everyone, but problems can still happen. The most common issue we see is that an email address isn't valid or is already in use. If this is the case, it's likely that you already have an account. You may need to reset your password by sending a request to your email address. We only allow one account per person or business entity, so please take this step before creating a new account!

        If certain fields are blank or not editable, you may need to use a different Internet browser, like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, or try clearing your browsing history.

        If none of this sounds like the culprit, and you're still unable to register for an account, please contact us.

        I didn’t receive the verification email. What do I do?

        We shall be sending verification code on your registered mobile number. You may use the same. Otherwise, you may call our customer care for further help.

        How to log into your account?

        Please click on Login tab available, enter your user name and password. Once logged in, you can click on My Account tab to view your details including billing and transaction history.

    • I forgot my password, what do I do?
      • You can click on Forgot Password link on the login page. You will be asked to enter username or email address. Once entered, you will receive an email to reset the password. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folders and also add: noreply@HelloLoads.com to you email address book.

        Follow the instructions to reset password. Your revised password is ready for use. Once you have regained access to your account, you can change your password again by going to “Edit my profile” from your My HelloLoads page.

    • Do I have to pay to use HelloLoads?
      • Thankfully, HelloLoads does not have any sign up fees or on-going subscription fees. It is completely free to place a quote and search through the marketplace.

        WE ONLY CHARGE A COMMISSION(SUCCESS FEE) IF AND WHEN YOU SECURE WORK THROUGH HELLOLOADS.

    • How much does it cost to use HelloLoads.com?
      • Good news is there are NO SUBSCRIPTION and/or ANNUAL CHARGES and/or MEMBERSHIP FEES for access to our website. It's FREE!

        Placing a BID:

        When you place a BID, we deduct a refundable amount(SECURITY DEPOSIT)("RSD") valued at 1% of the BID amount from your HelloLoads Wallet. This is to check genuine transporters placing the bids.

        Non-Selection of BID :

        In case your BID is not selected, we refund/credit Security Deposit back to your HelloLoads Wallet for further BIDS.

        When your BID is selected:

        (I) In case your BID is selected & after successful completion of Job:

        • We refund/credit Security Deposit back to your HelloLoads Wallet for further BIDS PLUS additional bonus of 10% of this amount.
        • We charge 5%(or as per promotion package) as Transaction Booking Fee("TBF) already paid by the Shipper on your behalf. Explanation/Example as below:

          Ex:

          Bid Acceptance Amount : Rs. 15,000/-
          Transaction fees paid by Shipper on behalf of Transporter : Rs. 750/-
          Balance Amount to Transporter : Rs. 14,250/-

          Hence, you are charged 5%/applicable amount ONLY after successful completion of Job/Transaction.

        (II) In case your BID is selected & after non-successful completion of Job:

        There are some instances whereby TSP is not able to complete the Job assigned(Ex: Not able to send Vehicle on time, non-communication leading to cancellation, not able to send right vehicle) & there is serious time/value lost for Shipper, we won't refund RSD back to Transporter.

  • My Account
    • Why can't I register another account?
      • To ensure a fair marketplace for all users, TSPs are only allowed to register one account on HelloLoads.

        If you have any problems with your account, please contact customer services who will happily assist you.

    • How are transporters verified?
      • HelloLoads has to verify your authenticity as a legitimate TSP and until we can do this your profile will have an 'Unverified' status.

        Being 'Unverified' means that customers (those who wish to have something shipped) will not be able to tell how reliable you are, which could diminish your chances of having your bid accepted.

        Once you’ve registered, we’ll send you a unique HelloLoads verification passkey to your registered address, which should take no more than 3 working days to arrive. Having received your unique passkey, you’ll need to login to your dashboard click Edit Profile and insert your unique verification passkey in the box provided.

    • What is the 'dashboard'?
      • All TSPs have access to your own unique 'Dashboard', which acts as a central command point where you will be able to:

        • Search for new deliveries
        • View and manage all Alerts and Saved Searches
        • Choose to bid-on, watch or delete delivery alerts as they arrive
        • Manage details on jobs you have won or lost
        • Edit Profile and Preference settings
        • View and respond to Messages
        • Combining the features mentioned above allows your dashboard to become a tool acting as a platform from which you can manage all your HelloLoads day to day tasks

    • Managing your account and profile
      • Managing your account and quoting activity on HelloLoads does require some effort. However, we have tried our upmost to keep it simple and manageable. We have consolidated the important tasks you will need to look over into the “My HelloLoads” area. This can be accessed here - http://www.HelloLoads.com

        From My HelloLoads you can:

        • View messages sent to you by users and respond.
        • View shipments you have set to watching.
        • View shipments on which users have requested a quote from you.
        • View your current quotes.
        • View recently accepted quotes.
        • View unsuccessful quotes.
        • View archived completed shipments.
        • Access and manage your saved searches.
        • Leave feedback on transactions.
        • Update business information such as contact details.
        • Update your profile page information eg. company details.
        • View your HelloLoads sales report where you can see a detailed breakdown of the payment.
        • Change your password and/or email address registered to the account.

    • Will I receive lots of emails?
      • You will be notified by email whenever there is a delivery that could be of interest to you. We strongly advise you to take full advantage of this service, since it could mean adding deliveries to routes you are already running or finding local jobs in your area.

        You can manage the frequency and volume of all notifications using the "My Setting" feature located in the Menu Bar on your dashboard.

        Notifications include:

        • Contact me when a new enquiry is listed that matches one of my saved searches.
        • Contact me every 24hrs with a summary of all new enquiry listed within my saved searches.
        • Contact me when a listing I'm bidding on is about to expire.
        • Contact me when I'm outbid on an enquiry.
        • Contact me when a new bid is made on an enquiry that I'm watching.
        • Contact me when a new lowest bid is made on an enquiry that I'm watching.
          Or
        • Contact me when a new lowest bid is made on an enquiry that I am watching You will always be notified when the following events happen:
          • When you receive a message from another customer.
          • When you win an enquiry.

    • How do I change my user name and/or password?
      • You can change the details by logging into “Your Name” section on upper right corner.

    • How do I edit my account details?
      • You can edit information about your account in “Your Name” section on upper right corner

    • How do I change my email address?
      • This can be done easily from your "My Account" page.

        Once on your "My Account" page, go to 'Edit My Profile'. You will then be taken to the profile and preferences page, where you can change your email address. Remember to save changes before leaving the page.

    • What if I forget my login/password?
      • Don't worry - Just click the forgotten your password text link on the LOGIN page at the site entrance. An email will follow shortly with a computer generated password to be used with the registered email address.

        Having gained access to the site, HelloLoads encourages you to change your password to another of your choice using the 'Edit Profile' - Account Details' tab from your Dashboard.

        If you have forgotten your password, please enter either your username or email address here:http://www.HelloLoads.com.

        You will be emailed a link which will remind you of your username and allow you to reset your password.

    • How can I delete my account?
      • We usually find that the main reason service provider might want to close their free account with us is because they simply don't want to be receiving daily email alerts from us. You can alter your email settings by following these instructions:

        • Login at: http://www.HelloLoads.com.
        • Click on the “Account” tab.
        • Un-tick the box next to email alerts to un-subscribe and click “Update Account”.

        If you are ever short of work in the future, all you need to do is login and use the search deliveries facility without going through the sign up process again.

        If, however, you wish to close your free account entirely, please contact the HelloLoads customer services team.

    • How do I save a search and manage email alerts?
      • Whatever search you conduct on HelloLoads, so long as you are logged in, you are able to save those exact search criteria and receive email alerts of new shipments which match those every day.

        Perhaps this is best explained with an example.

        Rahul runs XYZ Car Transport Co in Jaipur. He only carries out local work and only deals with cars. For Rahul, it would be a bit of a pain to have to specify his search criteria each and every time he logged onto HelloLoads.

        So, he runs this search:
        - Local search with a radius of 60 kms/State of city Jaipur.
        - With a category filter set to only cars.

        He then clicks the grey button at the top right of the search results themselves that says "Save Search & Email New Listings Daily".

        This works great, Rahul gets only specific jobs which he is interested in direct to his email inbox each morning. Furthermore, when he is on HelloLoads, he can run the saved search from My HelloLoads without having to go through the whole process again.

        You can have an unlimited number of saved searches on your account and can manage these from My HelloLoads.

    • Why is my account closed/expired/suspended/reviewed?
      • It may be due to your accounts are under account reviews and suspensions which restrict an account's permissions to interact in the HelloLoads marketplace. They are used as a tool to remove problem users or to encourage communication between HelloLoads support and an account holder. If you find that your account is restricted in any way, please consider the following information:

        If your account is under review:

        There are two main reasons your account might be under review.

        One is an automated hold that puts your account under random review. Our Customer Service & Support team will then review your account before releasing the hold. This process typically does not take more than a few hours, but if we have questions about your account before we release, we will reach out to you via email for more information.

        Your account may also be put on hold if we've reached out to you about an account issue and are awaiting a response. In this case, you should have an email from HelloLoads support. Please get back to us as soon as possible so we can resolve your account issue.

        If Your Account is Suspended

        This is serious and below are some common reasons for account suspension of registered users:

        • Violations/Breach of our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and User Agreement
        • Misuse of the facility extended or Any unlawful activities
        • Creation of multiple accounts
        • Too many cancellations and/or negative feedback/ratings.
        • No cooperation in dispute resolution
        • Misbehave or abuse of Shippers and/or HelloLoads.com staff
        • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

        You may be able to petition this decision, but WE DO RESERVE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO REJECT OR SUSPEND any user's participation in the HelloLoads marketplace for any reason or no reason at all.

        If your account is under review or suspension and you don't know why, please contact our support.

        If we find that there is breach of this agreement, any, we may close your account. HelloLoads reserves the rights to blacklist any user if the user do not comply with the agreed terms. If you have not paid the Membership fees, your account will be disabled. You may contact Customer Care for further information.

    • If I don’t use account for a long time, does my account get cancelled?
      • As a current policy, your account does not expire automatically. You may contact Customer Care for further information.

    • TIPS:
      • How do I protect my account?

        HelloLoads holds only minimal personal information on our servers; furthermore we hold absolutely no payment information such as bank details or credit cards. If you paid a deposit online, these were transacted via reputable secure third parties including PayTM etc...

        To ensure a quick and easy service, by default you remain logged into HelloLoads unless you log out. So, in order to protect your HelloLoads account, do remember to log off (especially if you are using a public computer).

        When choosing a password for your account, we recommend you use something which is easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess. It is a good idea to use a combination of both Upper and Lower case letters as well as at least one number.

        You are entirely responsible for any actions taken under your account login. It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Do not share your password with anyone.

        Transporters : How to build a strong profile?

        Having a reputed, strong, detailed profile is an important part of building trust with prospective Shippers. You can make it perfect & awesome. Fill out each section as thoroughly and maximum details as possible. We want your Shippers to feel comfortable handing over their shipments to you. Below are some tips for building a strong profile:

        • Including insurance information you have.
        • Uploading high-quality real pictures/photos of your equipment, but make sure to remove any visible contact information which you mind sharing.
        • Use differentiation to fill out your company description to stand out and always keep it professional & to your limits.

        The goal is to provide as much quality information as you can so that potential Shippers would love to work with you.

    • How to search for deliveries?
      • Conducting a regular search for shipments on HelloLoads is easy.

        Simply go to: http://www.HelloLoads.com/search.

        By default, all of relevant & active shipments across India will be displayed. These are sorted by the most recently requested first.

        You can then refine these if you so wish by:

        • Category.
        • Dates requested by user.
        • Location.

        So long as you are logged into your account you can also save your specific search criteria and have new shipments matching these emailed to you every day, saving you a lot of hassle.

    • What are the 'category' and 'date' search functions?
      • Category search is useful for those who only transport a certain type of goods; be it coal, chemicals, machinery, cars, furniture or bulk cloth for example.

        To help improve your search results, please be aware that from time to time Shippers may list items in the wrong categories so be sure to explore new categories if your search results are low.

        Listings stay live for 30 days but typically the Shipper will accept a bid in days one to four. Very few Shippers will wait until their listing is about to expire before accepting a bid.

        In order to be able to place a bid or save a search HelloLoads requires you to be logged in. This facility is only available to TSPs.

        To tailor your search requirements further, try searching by location.

    • How do I search along a route?(This feature is to be launched soon)
      • To search for shipments along a route you are already planning to undertake, please follow these steps:

        • Go to http://www.HelloLoads.com/search
        • Click on the "Route Search" button in the side menu.
        • Enter the details of your route, specifying the number of kms off your route you are prepared to go.
        • Specify whether you are looking for shipments along the route itself (for part loads) or along the return of the route itself (backloads) and click the search button.

        All of the shipments matching those criteria will be returned.

        You can further refine these results by:

        • Category.
        • Dates requested by user.
        • Price requested by user.
        • Location.

    • What is the 'location' search function? (This feature is to be launched soon)
      • HelloLoads 's search functionality enables TSPs to search for deliveries 'along a route' when both origin and destination town or postcodes have been entered or by 'localised area' finding jobs within a certain distance from any destination.

        Simply 'Search Deliveries' in the Navigation bar or at Search Deliveries.

        Along a Route search is ideal for TSPs making journeys with part-full or empty loads, which are keen to fill their loads and therefore generate more business along routes they're already travelling.

        For extra functionally, HelloLoads allows you to enter a specified distance you're prepared to travel off your chosen route to search for jobs.

        Along a route search are performed by entering both your start address and end address but be sure to tick the along a route box.

        Localised search is if you're dropping off at certain locations unknown to you, outside your area or you just want to search for jobs around your local town, this search is perfect for you. How many kms you are willing to travel will directly influence how many deliveries are available to you.

        Localised searches are performed by going to ‘Search Deliveries’ in the Nav bar or at Search Deliveries and entering the distance you want to find deliveries within and location. Leave the other fields empty and once complete, click 'Search'.

        In order to be able to place a bid or save a search HelloLoads requires that you are logged in. This facility is only available to TSPs.

        To tailor your search requirements further, try searching by category or date.

    • How do I search for deliveries local to me? (This feature is to be launched soon)
      • To search for shipments which are local to you, please follow these steps:

        • Go to http://www.HelloLoads.com/search.
        • Click on the "Local" tab at the top of the page.
        • Enter your location post code.
        • Specify the radius of the search that you are interested in and whether either the origin or destination or both must reside within the radius. Then click search.

        All of the shipments matching those criteria will be returned.

        You can further refine these results by:

        • Category.
        • Price requested by user.
        • Dates requested by user.

        So long as you are logged into your account you can also save your specific search criteria and have new shipments matching this location emailed to you every day. Saving you a lot of hassle and very helpful for bringing a steady stream of local work direct to your inbox.

    • What is the 'save' search function?
      • Saving Searches is a very useful feature for all TSPs designed to help you find job types that are suitable for you.

        Saving searches very easy - after using our search features to find jobs you are interested in you have the ability to save that specific search by entering a name for the search in the 'Save this Search' module. Once a search is saved you will start receiving alerts whenever a new delivery matches your search.

        It gives you the ability to save frequently made journeys, so that you can receive instant notifications of deliveries relevant to your most common routes the moment Shippers register them with HelloLoads -allowing you to get ahead of the competition.

        Saved Searches can be deleted at any time.

    • How can I improve my chance of winning work?
      • Creating your profile and accurately setting your HelloLoads preferences is very important to your HelloLoads experience. It will increase your chances of having bids accepted, and will help filter out any unwanted or irrelevant notifications.

        Please take the time to ensure that your profile is correct and your preferences are set.

        You should set your preference and profile pages when you first register. Alternatively you can access these pages at any time directly from your dashboard once you are logged in.

        The more information entered about your company and your service, the more you'll be able to influence the amount of bids which are accepted by the Shippers. When choosing a suitable TSP, potential Shippers will look closely at your profile page and many will make a decision from the strength of content displayed therein. To change or edit your profile page go to your Dashboard and click the ‘Edit Profile’ link on the left hand side.

        Within your Preference and Profile settings you're able to view and edit details relevant to your company and/or your service, as well as manage your notifications.

  • Bidding
    • How do I place a quote?
      • Firstly, in order to place a quote, you must ensure your TSP account is fully activated and verified.

        Once your account is fully validated, be sure that your profile page is complete to ensure that maximum chance of success with your quoting activity. In order to be able to place a bid or save a search HelloLoads requires you to be logged in. This facility is only available to TSPs.

        Once you have conducted a search and identified a shipment which you wish to quote on follow these steps:

        1. Ensure you are logged in and click on the shipment listing of interest so that the shipment listing page is displayed (the one with the big map).
        2. Take a look at the details of the shipment including origin, destination as well as other quotes placed.
        3. Click on BID Now.
        4. Specify the vehicle you intend to use.
        5. Specify the time frame you are offering for pickup/delivery.
        6. Specify whether or not there is an expiry or cut-off date for your quote.
        7. Enter your quote amount and click "Place Quote".

        OR

        1. Log into your 'My HelloLoads' Page
        2. Click ‘Search Deliveries’ in the Navigation bar
        3. Use one of HelloLoads's powered searches; Category, date or location search functionalities
        4. Filter through deliveries using the list view
        5. Click on a listing that interests you
        6. Carefully read the delivery details to ensure you can fulfil the Shipper requirements
        7. View full details to gain a clearer description of delivery
        8. Use our ‘Bid’ button to enter bid amount. HelloLoads displays the exact amount you'll receive below your bid, if your bid be successful.
        9. Press 'Bid'

        Please note that all bids submitted are inclusive of service tax. There are no hidden costs.

        Insurance

        It is not mandatory requirement for TSPs registered on HelloLoads to hold 'Goods in transit insurance'. Some TSP may or may not also have additional levels of insurance cover.

        TSPs are required to state their level of insurance cover on their profiles and this can be seen on the right hand side of the profile.

        If TSP has insurance coverage, Shippers may verify with the TSP the level/type/amount & other details of insurance offered with the quote.

        If TSP do not have insurance, you have an option to chose & buy from our Third party provider on our website while listing your requirement.

        Here are some further tips in regards to insurance:

        - Consider purchasing short-term insurance in case required.

    • Are my bids legally binding?
      • IMPORTANT - All active bids on HelloLoads are legally binding.

        Until such a time that bids are withdrawn, have lapsed or are declined, you are legally committed to the active bid. The final figure below the bid amount will be the total amount paid to the TSP. If at the point of pick-up the delivery is found to have been inaccurately listed by the Shipper, then it is up to the Shipper and TSP to renegotiate a cost. Such discourses fall beyond the jurisdiction and responsibility of HelloLoads.

    • What do I do once I've had my quote accepted?
      • Once your bid has been accepted, you'll receive an email confirming your win and also listing your Shipper's full contact detail. It is up to the TSP to ensure the Shipper is contacted and the delivery pick up is arranged.

        • When a user accepts one of your quote, they pay a deposit(RSD) online, which we collect.

        Communication is essential with any transaction and we find that 99% of negative feedback is as a result of TSPs not keeping communication channels open.

        When a Shipper accepts your quote, they are expecting YOU to make contact with them and not the other way around. So, once you have established when you are likely to be able to carry out the shipment, do get in touch with them. The user’s direct contact information is sent to you in the quote acceptance confirmation email. However, it can also be viewed via "My HelloLoads" under "My Recently Accepted Quotes".

        Once you have made contact with the user and carried out the service, you should leave feedback on how you found the experience, be that positive, negative or neutral.

        You should also encourage your Shipper to do the same. The more positive feedback you accumulate on your account, the more work you are likely to win. Feedback is an integral element of HelloLoads 's community, so please follow up any parties who fail to leave it.

        It is in your interest to build a reputable feedback score, as this in turn will increase your chances of winning future jobs.

    • Why can't I place a quote?
      • If you are having problems placing a quote, please check the following:

        • Are logged into your TSP account?
        • Do you also have a user account and have registered it with the same email address? In this case you will need to change the email address on one of the accounts so that each account has a different contact email address.
        • Are there any error messages informing you of the problem?

        If you are unable to identify the problem please don’t hesitate to contact the customer services team who will happily assist you.

    • I got a 'Request for Quote' from a Shipper, what do I do?
      • Congratulations! It means your online reputation has been well noticed & Shipper can send you 'Request for Quote'.

        You can choose to Bid or Decline.

    • How to cancel a booking?
      • If your BID has not yet been accepted, you can cancel by heading over to My Bids section under your Dashboard.

        If your BID has been accepted, you can cancel the booking(If it is only atleast 24 hrs prior to Pick up time) with reason for cancellation by placing 'Request for cancellation' to Shipper at Inquiry page on your Dashboard ( http://www.helloloads.com) & selecting appropriate reason for cancellation. It is upto the Shipper to accept/decline this request.

        However, in this case we do not guarantee refund of RSD. If Shipper accepts your Request you will get Refund else you will not.

    • My Shipper has requested for cancellation, what can I do?
      • It is upto you to Accept or Decline the request for cancellation once the BID has been accepted.

        In any case, you will get your refund of RSD back.

    • What do I do when I receive notification on listing being edited before accepting the bid?
      • Your past BID will no longer be valid. You can choose to REBID & are FREE to change the BID price.

    • Insist upon a written contract.
      • It is important that both you and the Shipper agree to sign and exchange a written contract of service for the shipment/work being carried out. This is an important document should a dispute arise at a later date. Most companies will send you their standard contract prior to pick up. If they do not require you to sign such a contract we recommend you write up a contract of your own (seek the assistance of a legal professional).

    • How does the recommendation system work?
      • As an introductory offer for a limited time when you introduce HelloLoads by recommending us to your friends, family or colleagues - they will receive a ₹500.00 starter credit for FREE.

        If they then successfully use HelloLoads by accepting a bid, we will give you ₹1000.00 credit into your HelloLoads account.

        This credit can be used to; upgrade your existing deliveries, to pay the deposit amount when accepting a quote or it can be cashed out at a 50% value through PayTM.

        It’s very simple, the more people you recommend the more you can earn!

    • Who can recommend HelloLoads?
      • Both registered Shippers and TSPs can recommend HelloLoads. Please note; you have to be registered on HelloLoads in to order recommend our service and for you to receive credit.

    • How do I recommend HelloLoads to others?
      • There are many ways in which our users can recommend HelloLoads to receive credit/cash. To learn more, log in and click on the 'Recommend Now' button on your dashboard.

        Users can enter email addresses manually into the space available on the recommendation page.

        Please note to leave commas between each email address.

        There is no limit to the number you can recommend.

        Through your email provider or Social Media Stream; These include AOL, Yahoo, Gmail, Live/Hotmail, LinkedIn, YouTube plus Twitter and Facebook.

        We will ask for your email provider password but rest assured, we will never store any passwords.

        Downloading our banners - We have a number of different formats of banners to use which can be placed on your websites or eBay listings for example. You will need to copy and paste the unique html code and place it where necessary.

        Every Shipper or user of yours who clicks a banner will receive ₹500.00 credit into their account and when they are successful with the transaction, you will receive ₹1000.00 credit which can be cashed out at a rate of 50%.

        Every user has a unique promo code which is embedded within personal reference link on your dashboard known as a URL. This link/URL can be posted anywhere on the internet to get people to join up for you to start earning.

    • What's the fine print?
      • After one of your "recommendees" accepts a bid, payments take 7 days or after positive feedback is left in order to clear in your HelloLoads balance. This is to avoid users accepting bids and for the delivery not to take place. If the delivery is not successful, no funds will be passed to the recommender.

        We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw credit if we suspect any abuse/misuse of the recommendation facility.

      • Once your bid has been accepted, you'll receive an email confirming your win and also listing your Shipper's full contact detail. It is up to the TSP to ensure the Shipper is contacted and the delivery pick up is arranged.

    • Should I communicate with the Shipper?
      • HelloLoads actively encourages communication between Shippers and TSPs. It's in everyone's best interests for there to be an open dialogue regarding the logistics of the delivery.

        TSPs can ask Shippers questions relating to a listing before choosing to bid on it. Every listing has a 'view full details' section where TSPs can ask questions about the listing.

        Shippers can ask TSPs questions relating to aspects of the delivery and service offered.

        TSPs can view all previous related questions regarding the delivery of concern.

        During the bid, TSPs and Shippers may only communicate through HelloLoads's messaging centre. No contact information can be exchanged, nor any suggestive messages be sent which do not involve communicating through the HelloLoads site.

        HelloLoads will move quickly to permanently exclude any TSP or Shipper caught contravening or abusing the rules of the site.

    • How can I communicate with the user during the quoting process?
      • Either before placing a quote or whilst the shipment is active, you may have questions to ask the user about the shipment and the user may well have questions about your quote. HelloLoads provides a simple and effective way to allow for communication between parties through the website.

    • Please note, as per the user agreement, it is strictly prohibited to post direct contact information or direct users off-site for the purpose of obtaining direct contact information prior to quote acc
      • If you have a question for a user prior to placing a quote, you can use the question/answer section on the shipment page. Simply click on the "ask a question link".

        If you have a question or reply for a user regarding a quote you have placed, you can do this within the quote details section. Please follow these steps:

        • Ensure you are logged in, then go to the shipment listing page in question.
        • Scroll down to the quote section and click on the grey quote details button for your quote.
        • Type in your question/reply in the text box and click on post.

        Any messages you send through HelloLoads are also sent to the user via email and they will respond via HelloLoads when most convenient to them.

        To make the process of responding to user questions across multiple shipments easier, you can make use of the messaging system which is located in My HelloLoads -http://www.HelloLoads.com.

    • Why can't I speak directly to the Shipper?
      • On HelloLoads you are not allowed to share your contact information with the Shipper directly until your quote is accepted.

        Once your quote has been accepted, we will then email you the contact details of Shipper. You can also access these contact details via your My HelloLoads page, by clicking the pink 'Accepted/Feedback' tab. It is at this point that you should contact the Shipper for arranging pick-up and delivery times & to make to make further arrangements.

        This is to help you protect your personal details as all messages posted on HelloLoads are public.

        It's for you to get in contact with your Shipper directly to ensure contact.

        Having received confirmation and details of your Shipper from HelloLoads, all further communication is between you and the Shipper alone.

    • What if I cannot contact the Shipper?
      • If you are unable to contact the Shipper with the details that they have provided please follow these steps:

        • Try and contact them using the HelloLoads messaging system.
        • If they still do not respond, please contact customer services who will happily assist you.

    • Why have my messages been deleted?
      • On HelloLoads, to ensure a fair marketplace for all members, we have a flag system so that breaches of the rules can be reported. Our reporting system is incredibly simple. Wherever you see postings made by HelloLoads members, there is a flag next to it. If you feel the posting in question is in breach of the rules (see below), simply click on the white flag next to report it to HelloLoads. If your message has been edited, then it was deemed to be a breach of the user agreement.

        It is a breach of the HelloLoads user agreement for any member of HelloLoads (TSP or Shipper) to post any of the following onto the HelloLoads web site:

        Contact Information:

        • Company Name.
        • Full Personal Name (First Name AND Second Name).
        • Email addresses.
        • Web site URL's
        • Telephone numbers.
        • Fax numbers.
        • Any other direct contact information, implied or disguised contact information.

        Other:

        • Any swearing, hostile or intimidatory language.
        • Any postings which are not related to the delivery in question.
        • Any postings which cite the HelloLoads fee, commission, deposit or similar phrases.
        • Any postings which are directed at another TSP.
        • Any postings whose purpose is to attempt to direct a user away from HelloLoads.

        HelloLoads can only flourish as a safe marketplace environment, if its members abide by these rules and report those few who do not partake fairly and try to gain an unfair advantage.

      • HelloLoads has a very clear policy which strictly prohibits the posting of any direct contact information on the site. Furthermore, it is not permitted to post messages which may prompt a user to look off-site for the purpose of obtaining direct contact information.

        Contact information is only exchanged between parties if and when a quote is accepted.

        Abuse of this policy will result in account suspension or closure.

        HelloLoads is a feedback-driven marketplace, so it's absolutely imperative that you review any TSP's profile and feedback before booking.

        To leave feedback, please log onto your 'My HelloLoads' page. When on this page press the pink 'Accepted/Feedback' tab in order to view your completed deliveries. You will then see a pink button called 'Feedback'. Pressing this button you can leave Positive, Neutral or Negative feedback along with a comments.

        To view a user's profile, click on their username or on the Username. Once there, you'll be provided with their HelloLoads history.

        At the very top of any provider's profile, you'll see their display name, their site username, and overall feedback score. Below will be their Company Snapshot.

        Within the Company Snapshot, you'll see information they've provided about themselves or their company. This includes what kind of company they are, and where they operate. You'll also see important information like licences, registration, and insurance offered. You can also view any specific Terms & Conditions. Keep in mind that this is all self-reported, and in many case, unverified information. So be sure to verify everything you read!

        Certain profiles may also have icons or badges at the bottom designating special qualifications; mouse over these icons to see what they mean.

        Beneath the Company Snapshot, you'll see their Member Information, Feedback History, and Detailed Feedback. This will tell you how long they've been on the site and how many shipments they have completed.

        Most importantly, click and read through the three tabs at the bottom of the profile page: Feedback Received, Feedback Left, and Cancellations. These will show you what feedback the provider has received for completed shipments, what feedback they've left for Shippers they've worked with, and how many shipments have been cancelled for the reason selected.

        Reviewing feedback and the profile of a TSP is the best way to see how they've performed in the past and can be a great indicator of how they will perform in the future.

        • Do they have excessive cancellations?
        • Are there a lot of negative feedback ratings?
        • Have they incurred recent cancellations that seem to be attributed to the same reason (no show, late, no communication, raising the price)
        • Is their profile filled out and do you feel confident in their credentials?

    • Reporting violations
      • As you may have read in our 'Content You Post' article, there are rules as to what we allow our members to post on our website.

        In order to manage content, we created our Flagging system.

        If you believe that another member has violated one of our posting policies, please click the white flag next to the content in question. The flag will turn yellow , which means it's up for review by our Member Support team. If we determine that the content does not violate any of our policies, the flag will turn green , or red if it does.

        If you wish to report another kind of violation or you do not see a flag next to the content you believe is in violation of our policies, feel free to contact our Customer Support team.

        All contact information for the TSP you have chosen will be displayed on your My HelloLoads page and will also be sent to you via email.

        Should you encounter any problems contacting your provider, contact our customer service department and we will contact the TSP for you.

    • Communicating during Bidding
      • During your Bidding, we want you to be able to communicate with any potential TSP. You may want to discuss price, confirm pickup and drop-off dates, insurance availability, or how you'd like your items transported. You can communicate with your potential TSPs at Discussion Board:

        • You will receive an email notification in your inbox when a TSP makes an inquiry
        • Reply as much as needed
        • Avoid providing any contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, website URLs,

    • Communication preferences
      • HelloLoads mainly uses email as a way to keep you informed of any updates to your deliveries and quotes, but we also understand that sometimes...you just don't need so many emails.

        To manage the frequency of the notifications you receive, click on ‘Edit My Profile’ (located in the drop down which appears when you hover over your username on the top right of the page)

        You will then be taken to the ’Profile & Preferences’ page where you can change the frequency of emails on the left hand side.

        • You will always receive email notifications by default when:
        • You receive a message from a TSP
        • You accept a bid
          You also have the option of being sent an email notification:
        • When a new bid is received on one of your deliveries
        • When a bid is withdrawn on one of your deliveries
        • When your delivery listing is about to expire

        The notifications are in place for your convenience so the more notifications you receive, the better understanding you’ll have of all activity.

      • HelloLoads does require registration, WE ARE NOT an "instant quotes" website where you would be charged full rate!

        On HelloLoads, you get low prices from thousands of rated delivery companies.

        Accordingly it does take some time for quotes to come in as these TSPs plan their routes and quote accordingly. Sometimes, it can be a few minutes, other times it may take a few days for the best rates to come in.

    • Why should we have registration with email addresses and mobile numbers and how important are they?
      • You can use your mail ID or mobile number to login in HelloLoads.com. All the communications related to your account and transactions shall be done to registered email addresses and mobile numbers. Invoices will be sent to registered email addresses. Sometimes, we ask you to verify the transactions through email or mobile communications. Hence both of these are critical.

    • How long does it take to sign up to HelloLoads.com?
      • Under normal internet connectivity, it should not take more than fifteen minutes to sign up provided you follow all the steps correctly without any delays.

    • How to confirm your registration?
      • You can confirm your registration by clicking on the link sent to your registered email address or OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Once your registration is successful, a confirmation mail will received to your mail ID with account activation URL and Username/Password.

        You can activate your account by clicking the activation URL send along with your activation email.

        However, your account will still require documentation verification to make it complete. You'll be required to upload the necessary documents online & we shall confirm the same on successful completion.

        You'll be good to start bidding or post requirements!

        If you encounter problems during registration:

        We want registration to be easy for everyone, but problems can still happen. The most common issue we see is that an email address isn't valid or is already in use. If this is the case, it's likely that you already have an account. You may need to reset your password by sending a request to your email address. We only allow one account per person or business entity, so please take this step before creating a new account!

        If certain fields are blank or not editable, you may need to use a different Internet browser, like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, or try clearing your browsing history.

        If none of this sounds like the culprit, and you're still unable to register for an account, please contact us.

    • How much does it cost to use HelloLoads.com?
      • Good news is there are NO SUBSCRIPTION and/or ANNUAL CHARGES and/or MEMBERSHIP FEES for access to our website. It's FREE!

        When a vehicle is hired through HelloLoads, then only Users or Shippers have to pay TRANSACTION BOOKING FEE("TBF) and/or BOOKING AMOUNT. Transaction booking fee is calculated based on the Freight Value and such percentage varies depending upon the type of Shipper, type of Truck Service used, etc. Also, these charges are adjusted with the final Shipment charges.

        Ex:

        Bid Acceptance Amount : Rs. 15,000/-
        Transaction booking fee : Rs. 750/-
        Balance Amount to TSP : Rs. 14,250/- PLUS Applicable Taxes.

        Hence, for Shippers its actually completely FREE on successful completion of Transaction.

        Also, There may be instance where by Shipper is not able to complete Transaction/Job assigned (Ex: Goods does not match the Description, Delay in loading, etc.) we may retain TBF in these scenarios & pass this to TSP's as compensation.

    • I didn’t receive the verification email. What do I do?
      • We shall be sending verification code on your registered mobile number. You may use the same. Otherwise, you may call our customer care for further help.

        Also, Check your Email's Junk/Spam Folder & dd our domain to Safe Senders List so that you receive all future communications from us.

    • How to log into your account?
      • Please click on Login tab available, enter your user name and password. Once logged in, you can click on My Account tab to view your details including billing and transaction history.

    • I forgot my password, what do I do?
      • You can click on Forgot Password link on the login page. You will be asked to enter username or email address. Once entered, you will receive an email to reset the password. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folders and also add: noreply@HelloLoads.com to you email address book.

        Follow the instructions to reset password. Your revised password is ready for use. Once you have regained access to your account, you can change your password again by going to “Edit my profile” from your My HelloLoads page.

    • How do I change my email address?
      • This can be done easily from your "My Account" page.

        Once on your "My Account" page, go to 'Edit My Profile'. You will then be taken to the profile and preferences page, where you can change your email address. Remember to save changes before leaving the page.

    • How can I delete my account?
      • If you no longer need your HelloLoads account, please contact customer service who will be able to delete your account on your behalf. We need to confirm that there are no outstanding deliveries on your account before it can be deleted.

    • Why is my account closed/expired/suspended/reviewed?
      • It may be due to your accounts are under account reviews and suspensions which restrict an account's permissions to interact in the HelloLoads marketplace. They are used as a tool to remove problem users or to encourage communication between HelloLoads support and an account holder. If you find that your account is restricted in any way, please consider the following information:

        If your account is under review:

        There are two main reasons your account might be under review.

        One is an automated hold that puts your account under random review. Our Customer Service & Support team will then review your account before releasing the hold. This process typically does not take more than a few hours, but if we have questions about your account before we release, we will reach out to you via email for more information.

        Your account may also be put on hold if we've reached out to you about an account issue and are awaiting a response. In this case, you should have an email from HelloLoads support. Please get back to us as soon as possible so we can resolve your account issue.

        If Your Account is Suspended

        This is serious and below are some common reasons for account suspension of registered users:

        • Violations/Breach of our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and User Agreement
        • Misuse of the facility extended or Any unlawful activities
        • Creation of multiple accounts
        • Too many cancellations and/or negative feedback/ratings.
        • No cooperation in dispute resolution
        • Misbehave or abuse of Shippers and/or HelloLoads.com staff
        • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

        You may be able to petition this decision, but WE DO RESERVE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO REJECT OR SUSPEND any user's participation in the HelloLoads marketplace for any reason or no reason at all.

        If your account is under review or suspension and you don't know why, please contact our support.

        If we find that there is breach of this agreement, any, we may close your account. HelloLoads reserves the rights to blacklist any user if the user do not comply with the agreed terms. You may contact Customer Care for further information.

    • If I don’t use account for a long time, does my account get cancelled?
      • As a current policy, your account does not expire automatically. You may contact Customer Care for further information.

        HelloLoads holds only minimal personal information on our servers; furthermore we hold absolutely no payment information such as bank details or credit cards. If you paid a deposit online, these were transacted via reputable secure third parties including PayTM etc...

        To ensure a quick and easy service, by default you remain logged into HelloLoads unless you log out. So, in order to protect your HelloLoads account, do remember to log off (especially if you are using a public computer).

        When choosing a password for your account, we recommend you use something which is easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess. It is a good idea to use a combination of both Upper and Lower case letters as well as at least one number.

        You are entirely responsible for any actions taken under your account login. It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Do not share your password with anyone.

        How to build a strong profile?

        Having a reputed, strong, detailed profile is an important part of building trust with prospective TSPs. You can make it perfect & awesome. Fill out each section as thoroughly and maximum details as possible. We want your TSP to feel comfortable handing your shipments. Below are some tips for building a strong profile:

        • Uploading high-quality real pictures/photos of your material/cargo, but make sure to remove any visible contact information which you mind sharing.
        • Use differentiation to fill out your company description to stand out and always keep it professional & to your limits.

        The goal is to provide as much quality information as you can so that potential TSPs would love to work with you.

  • Listing Items
    • How to list an Item?
      • The description of your shipment is one of the most important elements of your listing. Listing an item on HELLOLOADS is straight forward, fast, FREE and easy and can be done in a matter of seconds. Simply post what you need to move, where it needs to go and when you need it done. This will then create a listing on our site.Feel free to list as many items as you wish and rest assured that you are under NO obligation to accept any of the quotes you receive from TSP's.

        To list an item, go to www.HelloLoads.com/send-goods or click the ‘Post A Job’ link on the homepage header bar.

        The 3 step, 1 page listing process consists of:

        • Step 1: Select a category and sub-category of the item you wish to transport (e.g. Energy - Coal).
        • Step 2: Enter item details and upload up to 5 images.
        • Step 3: Enter both the pickup and drop off details including dates you have in mind.

        After the item is listed, all relevant TSPs who are interested in your listing will be alerted.

        They are alerted because their preferences match your listing in one of the following ways:

        • The nature your item being shipped (eg. Coal)
        • Your location (e.g. Kandla)
        • The destination of your item (e.g. Ahmedabad)

        If you change your mind and decide not to have the listing shipped, please remove the listing as soon as possible, this then saves the TSPs from making unnecessary bids. The remove link sits on your 'Dashboard' to the right of the ‘View Bids’ button.

        Tip:

        HELLOLOADS Shippers are encouraged to enter as much detail as possible when posting a job in order to avoid any confusion over the listing and to ensure the cheapest, best & most relevant possible quote. If you are not sure or provide limited information, We recommend Shippers to enter the dimensions and weight of the item being shipped. If these aren't available, please leave the fields blank. However, there is a chance of TPs overlooking your listing if you do not provide enough detail. Without this information, TSPs often will just provide a very high quote to cover themselves or simply not provide a quote at all.

        So, if you want lots of quotes and TSPs competing for your business make sure your description is accurate and complete as much possible.

        If you significantly misrepresent the size or weight of your shipment, TSPs who come to pick it up do have the express right to refuse the shipment or to charge you more, at their discretion. So avoid this by being honest about the shipment and provide them with as much information as you have right from the start on listing.

        We understand that often you simply don't know the dimensions and weights of the items you are trying to move. Often you have not even seen the item let alone weighed/measured it.

        That is not a problem here at HelloLoads! When you get to the step when listing your shipment and it requests weights/dimensions, simply enter a best guess. TSPs would generally have a very good idea, especially if you have also uploaded a photo.

        To alert TSPs that your set dimensions/weight are not accurate it may be helpful to add that at the end of the item description. This will alert TSPs they should exercise caution if they are uncertain whether the goods will fit in their vehicle.

        We advise that you discuss the dimensions with the TSP beforehand to confirm and to avoid any confusion.

        You can still edit your shipment and add more info any time. But the quicker, the better!

        Add pictures

        HELLOLOADS advise Shippers to list deliveries with images. This will increase the amount of bids you'll receive and it also gives the TSP a clearer idea of the delivery item. Remember, a picture is worth a thousand words.... TSPs love to be able to see shipments before placing a bid and we have found that shipment listings with pictures attract a great deal more quotes than those without. Not to mention TSPs can often place far more accurate and competitive quotes if they can get a visual idea of how the shipment might fit into their load space.

        Adding images is Step2 in the listing a delivery process. Images compatible with HELLOLOADS include JPEGs, GIFs and PNGs.

        You can add up to 5 pictures to your shipment listing at any time by using the edit listing tool.

        If you are receiving an error message when trying to upload your shipment listing photos onto HelloLoads, please try the following:

        • Ensure your picture is in an image format (e.g. .gif, .jpg, .bmp, .png etc...).
        • Try to reduce the image size (open up the image in photo editing software and reduce the width and height).
        • You can upload a maximum of 5 pictures per shipment listing, so if you try to upload any more than this, the system will stop you.

        If, despite trying the above, you continue to experience problems, please contact customer support.

    • How do I get a quote?
        • List your requirements in the form to create a listing: www.HelloLoads.com/listings/form.
        • TSPs will see your delivery listing in the marketplace.
        • If they are able to help with your delivery they will place an appropriate quote.

        You will be sent an email to inform you when you have received a quote, so you won’t need to keep checking on your listing. We recommend allowing 1-2 days for quotes to come in, so that you can be sure that you have the best offer. However, it is not uncommon to get a great deal within a few hours. We are fast!

    • How can I receive more quotes?
      • There are few ways in which you can increase the number of quotes you receive.

        • Firstly, giving as much detail as possible about the item/s you are moving will provide TSPs with a clearer idea of whether they have the correct vehicle to complete the job. Entering details such as weight and dimensions, and an inventory for house moves, will all help you to receive more quotes.
        • Secondly, flexibility with dates will help increase the number of quotes you receive and potentially encourage cheaper prices, as TSPs may be able to pick up your item as part of a route they are already taking.
        • Inviting companies to quote will also help increase the number of quotes you receive as you may make your listing more visible to appropriately matched TSPs who hadn’t previously seen it.

        HelloLoads uses a messaging system - "Discussion Board" in all shipment listings. This allows TSPs to ask users questions to clarify things before provide their quote.

        Please make sure you reply to these questions promptly and answer all of their questions to the best of your knowledge. As all responses are posted for all to see, common repeated questions are averted and you can expect more bids quickly.

    • How many quotes can I expect to get?
      • Although there is no guarantee, 90% of requests receive at least 3 quotes. We have plenty of TSPs on HelloLoads, so there is almost certainly someone who will be able to help/assist with your delivery.

    • How does Bidding Price format work?
      • Pricing is one of the most important parts of using HelloLoads. We want you to get the fairest price as a shipping client. Under Bidding:

        • Click Get Estimate
        • List your item(s) by using the step-by-step process
        • Select the Request Quotes box
        • Usually, TSPs will start placing bids within 1-2 days
        • Communicate with TSPs on the Discussion board.

  • Manage Listings
    • Accepting or declining quotes/bids
      • When a TSP places a bid on your listing, you will have the option to accept or decline the bid.

        • You can choose to click the green Accept button in order to proceed to checkout and complete your booking.
        • If you decide that the bid isn't to your liking, you can click Decline, select a reason, and then choose another bid if you're ready.

    • How do I accept a quote?
      • To accept a quote, please follow these steps:

        • Login here: https://www.HelloLoads.com/users/login.
        • Click on your shipment listing which will take you to your shipment page.
        • If you wish to accept a quote - click on the green button "Accept Quote" on the right and follow the simple deposit payment.
        • Click on the green “Accept Quote" button on the left & follow the instructions on screen.

        Upon acceptance, you will receive your chosen TSP’s contact details & Job Order for all further correspondence and arrangements.

        Please remember that a quote must be active in order for you to accept it. You cannot accept a declined, lapsed or withdrawn quote.

    • What to look for in a TSP
      • To help you choose a TSP to complete your job, there are a number of things to look out for on their profiles.

        Besides price, these include:

        - Their feedback score – Based on the positive, negative and neutral feedback comments they’re received

        - Number of recommendations – The number of Shippers who would recommend using this provider

        - Insurance cover – All providers are now required to have insurance and state their level of cover on their profile

        - Previous Shipper feedback – You can read detailed written feedback from previous Shippers

        These will all give you a clear indication of how reputable and reliable a provider is, ultimately helping you make your choice.

    • How do I know that I can trust the TSP?
      • HelloLoads feedback is your most valuable tool in determining trustworthiness, as feedback is left by other HelloLoads users after every transaction.

        To ensure both Shippers and TSPs have a safe, mutually beneficial community we have created a feedback recommendation rating system.

        This can be positive, negative or neutral depending on the experience. You can view a TSP’s feedback score by clicking on their name to view their profile page. This will not only break down their feedback score but you can also view actual comments left by users about the service they received.

        Based on factors such as completed jobs and previous Shipper feedback, TSPs receive a positive rating percentage, which can be used to gauge their reliability and performance.

        All TSPs on HelloLoads are required to pass our secure verification process before being allowed to obtain jobs via our site.

        If the TSP claims to be a member of a trade association, look up that association on the web (Google) and the majority will have an online directory. Look up the TSP there to verify their claims. False claims of membership to a trade association are taken very seriously both by HelloLoads and the police.

        If the TSP claims to be a limited company you can check the records as well.

    • Insurance
      • It is not mandatory requirement for TSPs registered on HelloLoads to hold 'Goods in transit insurance'. Some TSPs may or may not also have additional levels of insurance cover.

        TSPs are required to state their level of insurance cover on their profiles and this can be seen on the right hand side of their profile.

        If TSP has insurance coverage, please make sure you verify with the TSP the level/Type/Amount & other details of insurance offered with the quote.

        If TSP do not have insurance, you have an option to chose & buy from our Third party provider on our website while listing your requirement.

        Here are some further tips in regards to insurance:

        - Consider purchasing short-term insurance to cover your shipment if the goods are very valuable.

    • Can I request a quote from a TSP?
      • Yes! If you know of a TSP you would like to quote on your delivery, you can request a quote by send an email to the HelloLoads support team.

        The email should contain:

        • The id number of the listing
        • The name of the TSP you wish to quote on your listing & their contact details.

        The TSP will then be emailed with a request to place a quote on your new delivery.

    • How can I edit my delivery listing?
      • If after listing your shipment you find an error, omission or wish to change/add the details of your request, you can easily edit it. We understand, editing your listing is important if you need to update a pickup or drop-off timeframe, fix a measurement, or even update acceptable service types. Any of these changes may affect the price of your delivery.

        Please follow these steps to make the changes:

        • Log in at: https://www.HelloLoads.com/users/login.
        • Find your delivery under “Active Deliveries”.
        • Select “Edit Delivery” from the drop down menu.
        • Make the changes & ensure you click save all changes at the end.

        Please note you can only edit a shipment if it is active. If you have already accepted a quote, deleted the shipment request or the listing has expired you will not be able to make changes. If your shipment has no quotes, then you are free to edit your shipment entirely.

        However, if you have already received quotes and you are materially changing the shipment request e.g. changing the pickup/delivery address, weight, dates etc. then you will have to decline all active bids before making the changes or it will be automatically declined.

        If you merely wish to add to the description or add more photos to help inform the TSPs (and are not materially changing the request at all), then you don’t need to decline the quotes.

        If you edit a listing after quotes have already been placed then all of the bidding TPs will be sent an email notifying them that the listing has been amended. All quotes prior to the amendments are no longer legally binding. However, all TPs will have the opportunity to resubmit their quotes if need be.

        Although TSPs are notified about the edits you have made to your listing, we still recommend messaging them directly and informing them about what you have changed.

    • I have entered the wrong postcode, can I change it?
      • If you have not yet accepted a quote then you will be able to edit your delivery to display the correct postcode.

        However, if you have accepted a quote you will not be able to change the collection or delivery postcode. In this case you need to contact your chosen TSP directly to discuss the issue.

        If they are unable to complete the delivery to the new postcode, please contact customer services and we can re-list your delivery to help you to find a new TSP.

    • How do I decline a quote?
      • If you no longer require quotes from TSPs for whatever reason, please delete the particular bid from the enquiry. Please follow these steps:

        Remove / Withdraw a Listing

        If you no longer require transportation for your listing, you can remove it at any time during the live Bidding. To remove a listing, go to your My HelloLoads page and locate your listing in question and click 'Delete'. You will then be asked to confirm its removal.

        If you find that you no longer require transportation for your listing please be sure to remove it. This will ensure TSPs save time, as they won’t be bidding on listings that aren’t needed.

        If you do not accept a quote within 30 days, your listing automatically expires, however if you need the item transported after the expiration date it can be relisted.

    • How to cancel a booking?
      • If you have not accepted any BID yet, you can cancel by heading over to My Bids section under your Dashboard.

        If you have accepted the BID, you do not get an option to cancel. However you can contact the TSP & if you both agree, the booking can be cancelled only when both parties have emailed us at cancellations@helloloads.com & verified by our CSA at least 24 hrs prior to Pick up time.

        The email should contain :

        • "Shipment ID & Cancellation" as subject.
        • Reason for Cancellation.

        However, in this case we do not guarantee refund of TBF.

        Unlike multinational shipping companies, independent TSPs and small shipping companies who use HelloLoads often need to have every scheduled shipment on their route on board to ensure that they are making a profit out of the trip. If for some reason you cancel your shipment at the last minute, it could mean a substantial loss for the TSP. Therefore please make sure you notify them of the cancellation ASAP in order for them to avoid a loss.

    • If I received confirmed booking ID, is there any chance of no show-off of the TSP?
      • We are dedicated to service all confirm bookings in case we are unable to service you due to certain unforeseen conditions you will be notified 30 minutes prior pick up time.

    • My TSP has cancelled, what can I do?
      • If you have been in contact with your TSP and they are unable to complete the delivery, you should contact our customer services team as soon as possible.

        There are two options if your TSP has cancelled:

        • Re-list your delivery so that you can find a new TSP and get your goods moved asap. We will credit the deposit that you have already paid to your wallet onto this new listing. When you accept a new quote the deposit will automatically transfer so you won't need to pay it again.
        • A full credit of the deposit. You will need to file a cancellation request which the TSP will accept or reject depending on the circumstances. You can file for a deposit credit by following this link: http://www.HelloLoads.com

    • I've received my delivery but it is damaged, what can I do?
      • If you have received your delivery but find that the item has been damaged you will need to contact your TSP. We advise that before the delivery takes place you request a copy of their insurance details so that you can make a claim if any problems arise.

        We act as a neutral venue through which TSPs and Users can meet and enter into negotiations and are not involved with the actual transaction.

    • How can I ask a TSP a questions
      • Please follow these steps to ask a TSP a question:

        • Log in at: https://www.HelloLoads.com/users/login.
        • Click on your shipment in question (this should take you to your shipment page - the one with the quote and large map at the top).
        • Click on the grey button "View Quote" on the TSP you wish to ask a question.
        • The quote details section will display and you can type your question in on the right.

        Once your message is sent, the TSP will be alerted via email and will reply as soon as they possibly can. You will be alerted of replies via email.

        Please note that HelloLoads is a public website, do not post full contact details such as addresses, phone numbers or email addresses on the site. Your personal details are only exchanged with your chosen TSP if and when you accept a price.

    • How can I contact my chosen TSP?
      • Firstly, please note that direct contact information for HelloLoads TSPs is not and should not be exchanged prior to quote acceptance.

        If you need to communicate with a TSP before wanting to accept their quote, please follow these steps:

        • Log in at: https://www.HelloLoads.com/users/login.
        • Click on your shipment in question (this should take you to your shipment page - the one with the quote and large map at the top).
        • Click on the grey button "Quote details" on the TSP you wish to ask a question.
        • The quote details section will display and you can type your question in on the right.

        Once you have accepted a quote from a TSP, direct contact information is automatically exchanged. The TSP is urged to contact you first, so please, if the job is not urgent, do allow them some time to contact you.

        If after a reasonable period of time since quote acceptance you have not heard from your chosen TSP, you should contact them directly. You will have been sent their direct contact information in the quote acceptance email. However, if you have lost this they can also be found via My HelloLoads, follow these steps:

        If despite trying to contact the TSP directly, you do not get a response after a reasonable period of time please contact HelloLoads customer service who will be happy to assist.

    • Why can't I speak directly to the TSP?
      • On HelloLoads you are not allowed to share your contact information with the TSP directly until you have accepted their quote.

        After paying your HelloLoads deposit and securing your chosen TSP, we will then email you the contact details of your selected provider. You can also access these contact details via your My HelloLoads page, by clicking the pink 'Accepted/Feedback' tab. It is at this point that you should contact the provider to arrange pick-up and delivery times.

        This is to help you protect your personal details as all messages posted on HelloLoads are public.

        Once you have accepted a quote your contact details will be sent directly to the TSP and you will be able to speak directly to make further arrangements.

        It's up to the TSP to get in contact with you, however we advise that you contact the TSP directly to ensure contact.

        Having received confirmation and details of your preferred TSP from HelloLoads, all further communication is between you and the TSP alone.

    • Why can't I accept a quote?
      • If you are having trouble accepting a quote, please check the following things:

        • Is the quote still active?
          Only active quotes can be accepted so check the status of the quotes.
          You can see the status of the delivery by clicking on the “View Quote” button. The status is listed in the quote information section and can be “Active”, “Declined”, “Withdrawn”, “Lapsed” or “Expired”.
          On HelloLoads a delivery listing will automatically expire after 1 month if no quote is accepted. If this is the case you can re-list your delivery by pressing the “Re-list” button in the “Expired Delivery” section of “My HelloLoads”.

        If you have checked these things and are still unable to accept a quote then please contact customer support.

    • TIPS :
      • Sugestions before pickup:

        You've booked your delivery and are ready to go: now what? First, check your inbox for an email titled Booking Confirmation. There you'll find your TSPs contact information. Your TSP should reach out to you if they have any questions about pickup or drop-off locations.

        Always take photos of any items to be transported and create an inventory list if you are transporting multiple items. These documents could come in handy should there be any issues during the transport.

        You should also take care to properly package your items if they're fragile unless you and your TSP have agreed that packaging is a part of your transaction.

        Communication is key, so give your TSP a call or send them an email if anything changes and they need to be updated.

        Insist upon a written contract.

        It is important that both you and the TSP agree to sign and exchange a written contract of service for the shipment/work being carried out. This is an important document should a dispute arise at a later date. Most companies will send you their standard contract prior to pick up. If they do not require you to sign such a contract we recommend you write up a contract of your own (seek the assistance of a legal professional).

  • Bills, Wallets & Payments
    • How do I know that the Order is confirmed or not.
      • Once the Order is placed and payment is involved, the User will get an email and SMS(optional to Helloloads) on registered email address and mobile number confirming placement of order - Booking Confirmation.

    • How will I receive the invoice/bills?
      • Helloloads.com will process TBF advance receipts and it will be delivered via E-mail. Full/Actual Invoice/Bills/L/R of the transaction will be given by TSP to Shipper directly at completion of delivery.

    • Use HelloLoads check in and checkout
      • To help both parties, HelloLoads provides pre-populated check-in and checkout documents - Job Documents to accompany all confirmation emails following an accepted job.

        We encourage you to print out the check-in and checkout documents (found on your My HelloLoads page and within your confirmation email). These signed documents confirm the item(s) was picked up and the time the listing was delivered, as well as the condition of the item upon collection and delivery.

        These documents aim to remove any potential discord between the Shipper and the TSP. Signatures and diagrams are required if applicable.

    • How does the payment work?
      • When you accept a bid on HelloLoads you pay a small percentage of the quote amount (details can be found here -http://www.HelloLoads.com/terms) as a deposit.

        This secures the quote and releases the contact details of your chosen TSP. You then pay the remaining balance amount directly to the TSP at a time and method that you both agree on.

    • When and who do I need to pay?
      • To secure your chosen TSP, you are required to pay a deposit(TBF) to HelloLoads. This payment is only taken after you’ve accepted a quote from a TSP. The deposit can be paid through our Secure Payment Gateway (which accepts all major credit and debit cards, NetBanking).

        We do not accept card payments over the phone.

        After paying the initial deposit to HelloLoads, you then pay the remaining balance directly to your chosen TSP. Alternatively you can discuss this with them directly.

        The amount you are quoted on HelloLoads, is the total amount you pay for the job. There are no hidden extras. TSPs’ quotes are also all inclusive of all the services they offer. Taxes Extra as applicable.

    • Paying a deposit
      • To secure your chosen TSP, you are required to pay a deposit to HelloLoads. This payment is taken after you have accepted a quote and can be paid either through our Secure Payment Gateway - PayTM (which accept all major credit and debit cards, NetBanking).

        When a bid is accepted, the service charge is clearly disclosed along with the net amount due. You can also see the total amount you will pay, including the deposit, under any active bids you receive and at checkout.

        Having paid your initial deposit to HelloLoads, the remaining balance is then paid directly to your chosen TSP.

    • I have accepted a quote and paid the deposit, what do I do now?
      • HelloLoads is not a carrier, freight forwarder or broker. Our site HelloLoads.com acts as a neutral venue where users and service providers can meet and enter into agreements.

        We are not and will not be involved in the actual transaction between users and service providers. Consequently, we have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the transactions themselves. Although every care is taken to verify the identity of service providers HelloLoads does not guarantee, prequalify or validate the claims of drivers related to their licensure, insurance or certification.

        Therefore, we strongly recommend users verify licences, insurance and any other professional certifications that service providers claim to have once the quote is accepted, but prior to pick up.

        Having received confirmation and details of your preferred TSP from HelloLoads, all further communication & co-ordination is between you and the TSP alone.

    • Insurance

    • How do I Pay TBF with Modes of Payment options?
      • When you accept a quote, you can pay the deposit(TBF) via PayTM (an account is not required when using this payment method).

        There are multiple options that are available. Users can pay online through Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking Facility, Cash Card, Mobile payments, etc.

        Apart from this, Users can also pay through Cheque, Demand Draft, and Bank Transfer.

        We do not encourage payments through cash.

        HelloLoads also provide E-wallet where Shippers can deposit amount via methods mentioned above. Same can be used for any future payments. We are continuously adding more and more avenues for payments. Users can contact Customer Care for further details.

        To find out how to pay the remaining balance you will need to contact your chosen TSP directly. Payment methods and requirements vary between TSPs so it is best to discuss this with them prior to accepting a quote.

    • How do I pay the balance to the TSP?
      • Having paid the initial HelloLoads deposit, your remaining balance is then paid directly to the TSP, generally upon completion of the job. This must be paid through the payment methods and terms you have agreed with the TSP directly.

        Please note: You do not pay the provider more than the amount of the quote you accept except other applicable charges.

    • Are there any extra charges such as VAT, Service Tax, Sales Tax, etc?
      • All the charges mentioned could be inclusive of all taxes. User is not required to pay any extra charges unless otherwise specifically mentioned in Detailed quote.

    • Can I pay through Cheque/Demand Draft/Bank Transfer
      • Yes. You can pay through Cheque/Demand Draft/Bank Transfer. While making the payment, please select the appropriate method of payment and enter necessary details. You can send the Cheque/Demand Draft to our Corporate Office. In case of Bank Transfer, please call Customer Support. Once we receive the payment, we confirm the order and you can start using the package. Till then, your order will remain under process.

    • Can I use my Bank’s Internet Banking Facility?
      • Yes. You can use Internet Banking facility through secured payment gateway from PayTM.

    • Is it safe to use Credit Card / Debit Card on HelloLoads.com?
      • HelloLoads does not save any Credit Card or Debit Card information. The payment is routed through secured payment gateway from PayTM, which maintains the highest standards of security. Further details of PayTM can be obtained at www.paytm.com

    • What is the cancellation and refund policy?
      • Once the payment is processed and the invoice is generated, there shall be no cancellation of the Orders and no refunds. For more details, please see Terms & Conditions.

    • What is e-wallet?
      • If you are making multiple transactions, every time, you need not go for online payment. HelloLoads is providing an e-wallet to its Shippers. In e-wallet where Shippers can deposit amount via methods mentioned above. The balance in e-wallet can be used for any future payment.

    • Can I claim back the surplus amount e-wallet?
      • Users can not claim back the surplus balance in e-wallet if the amount is less than Rs. 1000. For higher amount, users can write to customercare@HelloLoads.com or request at Customer Care. The same shall be processed within 45 days. However, users can claim back only the amount that is deposited. Any credit that is a result of any promotional offer, that cannot be claimed back.

  • Referrals & Recommendations
    • How does the recommendation system work?
      • As an introductory offer, when you introduce HelloLoads by recommending us to your friends, family or colleagues - they will receive a ₹500.00 starter credit for FREE.

        If they then successfully use HelloLoads, by accepting a bid, we'll put ₹1000.00 credit into your HelloLoads account. This credit can be used to; upgrade your existing listings, pay your HelloLoads deposit or can be cashed out at a 50% value through PayTM.

        It’s very simple - the more people you recommend the more you can earn!

    • Who can recommend HelloLoads?
      • Both registered Shippers and TSPs can recommend HelloLoads.

        Please note; you have to be registered on HelloLoads in to order recommend our service and for you to receive credit.

        Different ways to recommend us

        There are many ways in which our users can recommend HelloLoads to receive credit/cash. To learn more go to your dashboard and press the 'Recommend Now' button

        • Users can enter email addresses manually into the space available on the recommendation page. Please note to leave commas between each email address. There is no limit to the number you can recommend.
        • Through your email provider or Social Media Stream; These include AOL, Yahoo, Gmail, Live/Hotmail, LinkedIn, YouTube plus Twitter and Facebook. We will ask for your email provider password but rest assured, we will never store any passwords.
        • Downloading our banners - We have a number of different formats of banners to use which can be placed on your websites or eBay listings for example. You will need to copy and paste the unique html code and place it where necessary. Every Shipper or user of yours who clicks a banner will receive ₹500.00 credit into their account and when they are successful with the transaction, you will receive ₹1000.00 credit which can be cashed out at a rate of 50%.
        • Every user has a unique promo code which is embedded within personal reference link on your dashboard known as a URL. This link/URL can be posted anywhere on the internet to get people to join up for you to start earning.

        The finer details

        After one of your "recommendees" accepts a bid, payments take 7 days or after positive feedback is left in order to clear in your HelloLoads balance. This is to avoid users accepting bids and for the delivery not to take place. If the delivery is not successful, no funds will be passed to the recommender.

        We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw credit if we suspect any abuse / misuse of the recommendation facility.

  • Others
    • How can I be sure my items arrive in the same condition?
      • If you are packing your own items be sure that you pack them well in order to prevent any chance of them getting damaged.

        We provide both check-in and checkout documents to be used by both Shippers and TSPs. This is a document that both parties sign on collection of the items and again on delivery. It is not compulsory that you use this document, however, it is recommended to help protect all parties in the unlikely event of any dispute relating to the condition of items.

        These documents can be found attached to your job-sheet or Driver Details document. This also contains all the details you need to communicate with the transport company in question.

        Reporting a problem with your delivery

        If you can't reach your TSP...

        Drivers are out on the road and sometimes they're tough to reach. If you've tried to call and email your driver and they are not responding, please email us. We'll reach out to your driver for you.

        If your delivery is delayed...

        Things happen on the road that cause delays. First, try reaching out to your driver as they are responsible for updating you on your delivery. If a problem arises where you can't reach your driver, please contact us. We'd be happy to open up communication and try to get you an update.

        If you believe your delivery may have been stolen...

        Contact us! It almost always turns out that there were simply delays or the TSP was unreachable for an extended period of time, but if your items are truly missing or stolen, we'll help point in the right direction.

        If your delivery arrives with damages...

        If damages occurred during the transport, check with your TSP to see if your delivery was covered under their/your insurance.

        The bottom line is this: if you have a problem and you can't reach your TSP or you don't feel like they're doing all they can to help, please contact us. We're here to help.

    • Would I get any manpower for loading /unloading & packing service?
      • All services confirmed through Helloloads.com only includes transportation of goods and for any manpower help you need to co-ordinate with assigned operator/driver.

    • Can HelloLoads help with storage of my items?
      • If required, you can state in your listing that you require items to be taken to storage. TSPs on HelloLoads can then facilitate this as part of your transportation request.

        It’s important that you inform them of this as part of the initial listing, so that they can factor this into their quotes.
