  • Welcome, and thank you for your interest in HelloLoads ("HelloLoads",“HelloLoads.com”, “we,” or “us”), our website and/or mobile applications HelloLoads(“App”), and our website HelloLoads.com (the “Site”), as well as all related web-based platforms, web sites, networks, embeddable widgets, downloadable software, mobile applications (including tablet applications), and other services provided by us or registered & verified representatives and on which a link to this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) is displayed (collectively, together with the Site and the App, our “Service”).

    For Definitions refer to our Terms & Conditions. This Policy describes the information that we gather from you on the Service, how we use and disclose such information, and the steps we take to protect such information.

    HelloLoads grants independent contractors selling and/or marketing rights to its products (hereinafter referred to as Independent Sales Representatives("ISR") or HelloLoads Representatives).

    ISR are NOT EMPLOYED by HelloLoads. Therefore, HelloLoads does not control, and is not responsible or liable for the collection, use or disclosure of Personal Information by ISR, including for their marketing purposes. If you provide information to an ISR through the Site, HelloLoads will have access to it and shall treat it in accordance with this Privacy Statement. ISR may provide HelloLoads with information regarding their customers, in which case HelloLoads will treat such information, once in its possession, in accordance with this Statement. If you are a referred customer of an ISR, you should check with your Representative directly to learn about her data privacy practices.

    If you apply to become or are an ISR, in addition to the generally applicable provisions of this Privacy Statement, please review the Independent Sales Representative section at the bottom of this Privacy Statement to see important information about additional privacy practices that apply to you.

    By using the Service, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy.

  • A. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ON THE SERVICE:

    1. In order to use this Site, you must first complete the registration form and create a username and password. During the registration process, you are required to give contact information such as name, address, phone number, email address, verifiable company documents, etc. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our service to make your experience safer and easier. We only collect personal information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose.

      In general, you can browse the Site without providing us with any of personal information about yourself. Once you agree to provide us with personal information, you are no longer anonymous to us. If you choose to use our services, we may require you to provide contact and identity information, billing information and other personal information as indicated on the forms throughout the Site. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which are optional. You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature.
      Under some circumstances we may require some additional financial information. We use your financial information, including credit card information, to verify the accuracy of your name, address and other information, as well as to bill you for your use of our services.

      We automatically track certain information based upon your behaviour on the Site. We use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interest, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve you and our community. This information may include the URL that you just came from, which URL you go to next, your computer browser information, and your IP address.

      If you choose to list, bid or match on the Site, we collect information about your activity and behaviour. We also collect other users’ comments about you in our feedback area.

      Additionally, as part of the registration process, HelloLoads requests members registering as a User to submit certain commercial information such as a commercial Users License number, PAN number, Address Proof, Vehicle number, Bank Statements, etc.. and/or any other authority a User chooses to include and/or demanded by HelloLoads for verification purposes. It is up to each member individually to provide this information. HelloLoads may validate this information and would also allow HelloLoads’s Third party partners, to access this information in order to obtain relevant information such as authority, insurance coverage and other business information as provided in private/government records and other information sources. Only Users that submit such commercial, identifying information on the HelloLoads site will be eligible to be officially Monitored, which is signified by a seal on the member profile. This seal and all other public information that a User submits may or may not be viewed by other members on the member’s profile page under the My Profile section. At any point in time a User cannot choose to opt out of the third party verification program from their HelloLoads account.

      If you choose to post messages on our Shipment Listing Q&A boards, or leave feedback for other members, we will collect that information you provide to us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law. If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Site, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.

      From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on the Site. If you choose to participate, we will request certain personal information, including your email address, from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information and demographic information. We will not share the personal information you provide through a contest or survey with other third parties unless we give you prior notice and choice.

      If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about the Site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Site. HelloLoads stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. We don’t store anything on a referral send. We only store their email address if they sign up.

    2. USER-PROVIDED INFORMATION:

      PERSONAL:
      1. When you use the Service, you may provide and we may collect what is generally called “personally identifiable” information, or “personal information,” which is information that specifically identifies an individual. Examples of personal information include name, email address, mailing address, mobile phone number, and credit card or other billing information. Personal information also includes other information, such as date of birth, geographic area, or preferences, when any such information is linked to information that identifies a specific individual. You may provide us with personal information in various ways on the Service.

      2. For example, you provide us with personal information when you register for an account, use the Service, post User Content, interact with other users of the Service through communication or messaging features, or send us customer service-related requests.

      NON-PERSONAL:
      1. Collection of Non-Personal Information. “Non-Personal Information“ is any information that does not reveal your specific identity, such as:

        • Browser information

        • Information collected through cookies, pixel tags and other technologies

        • Demographic information and other information provided by you or our Independent Sales Representatives

        • Aggregated information

        We and our third-party service providers may collect Non-Personal Information in a variety of ways. For example, we

        • collect information such as your computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system version and Internet browser type and version.

        • collect demographic information, such as your location, education, profession, age, gender, as well as other information, such as your hobbies and special interests when you voluntarily provide this information to us. Unless combined with Personal Information, this information does not personally identify you or anyone else.

    3. “COOKIES” INFORMATION:

      1. When you use the Service, we may send one or more cookies – small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your device. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Service. Please review your web browser “Help" file to learn the proper way to modify your cookie settings. Please note that if you delete, or choose not to accept, cookies from the Service, you may not be able to utilize the features of the Service to their fullest potential.

      2. Log Files: As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet User (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personal information. We track trends in users’ usage and volume statistics to create a more efficient and usable site, and to determine areas of the site that could be improved to enhance the user experience. Log files are used on the website, and in any link to the website from an email.

    4. “AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED” INFORMATION:

      1. When you use the Service, we may automatically record certain information from your device by using various types of technology, including “clear gifs" or “web beacons.” This “automatically collected” information may include your IP address or other device address or ID, web browser and/or device type, the web pages or sites that you visit just before or just after you use the Service, the pages or other content you view or otherwise interact with on the Service, and the dates and times that you visit, access, or use the Service. “Automatically collected” information may also include device tokens or other forms of device identification. Device tokens or similar device identifiers are unique to each mobile device and we use them to send push notifications to your device. These device identifiers do not provide any of your personally identifiable information. This information is gathered from all users.

      2. Social Media Connections & Features: HelloLoads may allow users to access social media websites(hereinafter referred as "SMW"), including but not limited to(Ex: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Plus, etc...) to interact with friends and to share on SMW through wall and friends’ news feeds.

        By proceeding, you are allowing the HelloLoads site to access your information and you are agreeing to the SMW Terms of Use in your use of the HelloLoads site.

        Our website includes social media features, such as the SMW 'Like' button and widgets, such as the 'Share this' button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These features may collect information such as your IP address and which page you are visiting on our site, and they may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.

      3. Links to Other Sites: This Web site contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by HelloLoads. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy policies of each and every Web site that collects personal information. This privacy policy applies only to information collected by this Web site.

    5. THIRD PARTY WEB BEACONS AND THIRD PARTY BUTTONS:

      1. We may also implement third-party content or advertising on the Service that may use clear gifs or other forms of web beacons, which allow the third-party content provider to read and write cookies to your browser in connection with your viewing of the third party content on the Service. Additionally, we may implement third party buttons (such as SMW “like” or “share” buttons) that may allow third parties to collect information about you through such third parties’ browser cookies, even when you do not interact with the button. Information collected through web beacons and buttons is collected directly by these third parties, and HelloLoads does not participate in that data transmission. Information collected by a third party in this manner is subject to that third party’s own data collection, use, and disclosure policies.

    6. INTEGRATED SERVICES:

      1. You may be given the option to access or register for the Service through the use of your user name and passwords for certain services provided by third parties (each, an “Integrated Service”), such as through the use of your SMW credentials through SMW Connect, or otherwise have the option to authorize an Integrated Service to provide personal information or other information to us.

      2. By authorizing us to connect with an Integrated Service, you authorize us to access and store your name, email address(es), date of birth, gender, current city, profile picture URL, and other information that the Integrated Service makes available to us, and to use and disclose it in accordance with this Policy. You should check your privacy settings on each Integrated Service to understand and change the information sent to us through each Integrated Service. Please review each Integrated Service’s terms of use and privacy policies carefully before using their services and connecting to our Service.

      3. There may be separate services offered by third parties that we refer to as external Users that may be complementary to your use of the Site. If you choose to use these separate services, disclose information to the external Users, and/or grant them permission to collect information about you, then their use of your information is governed by their privacy policy. We do not disclose your personal information, including your email address, to external Users unless you provide your explicit consent. With your consent we may provide some of your personal information to the external User offering such services, for your convenience. To prevent our disclosure of your personal information to an external User, you can decline such consent or simply not use their services. Because we do not control the privacy practices of these third parties, you should evaluate their practices before deciding to use their services. Examples of external Users include LendingKart.com and institutions which provide the Vehicle/Cargo Insurance and facilitate the claims process; and Payment Gateways.

    7. We may use third parties that we refer to as internal Users to facilitate or outsource one or more aspects of the business (sometimes utilizing framing techniques), product and service operations that we provide to you and therefore we may provide some of your personal information, including your email address, directly to these internal Users. These internal Users' are subject to confidentiality agreements with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit their use of the information we provide them for any other purpose except to facilitate the specific outsourced HelloLoads related operation, unless you have explicitly agreed or given your prior permission to them for additional uses. If you provide additional information to an internal User directly, then their use of your personal information is governed by their applicable privacy policy. Examples of internal Users include PayTM which is involved in the credit card processing function, LendingKart.com which is involved in providing finance, Insurance providers, etc.

    8. INFORMATION FROM OTHER SOURCES:

      1. We may obtain information, including personal information, from third parties and sources other than the Service, such as our partners, advertisers, and Integrated Services. If we combine or associate information from other sources with personal information that we collect through the Service, we will treat the combined information as personal information in accordance with this Policy.

    9. FRAMES:

      Some of our pages utilize framing techniques to serve content to from our partners while preserving the look and feel of our site. Please be aware that you are providing your personal information to these third parties and not to http://www.HelloLoads.com.

    10. DISCUSSION FORUMS:

      If you use a bulletin board on the Site, you should be aware that any personal information, including your email address, you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums. All other information pertaining to the collection and use of information can be found in the Discussion Forum rules. To request removal of your personal information from the HelloLoads community, contact us at privacy@HelloLoads.com.
      In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

      Our blog is managed by a third party application that may require you to register to post a comment. We do not have access to or control of the information comments posted to the blog. You will need to contact or login into the third party application if you want the personal information that was posted to the comments section removed. To learn how the third party application uses your information, please review their privacy policy.

    11. TESTIMONIALS:

      We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at privacy@HelloLoads.com

    12. LEGAL REQUESTS:

      HelloLoads cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud and other rights, to help protect you and the HelloLoads community from bad actors. Therefore, in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, city, state, telephone number, email address, user history, fraud complaints, and bidding and listing history without a subpoena. Without limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy and our ability to keep the community free from bad actors, we will not otherwise disclose your personal information to law enforcement or other government officials without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to: prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss; or report suspected illegal activity.

    13. INFORMATION FROM OUR SERVICE:

      1. If you use our service, we may track your location and the location of the parcels you transport. If you accept a transport request through the HelloLoads platform, the Shipper who has made such request may also be able to track the location of the parcels you transport on its behalf. If you are a Shipper, and you use our Service, we may track and store the location of the parcels you ship through the Service.

      2. We collect your location-based information for the purpose of [locating a place that you may be searching for in your area]. We will only share this information with our mapping provider for the sole purpose of providing you this service.

      3. Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by HelloLoads and our marketing partners, affiliates, and customer support and fraud prevention Users. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis. We use cookies to remember user preferences and for authentication. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some features or areas of our site may be limited.

      4. Flash LSOs/HTML 5: We use Local Storage Objects (LSOs) such as HTML5 and Flash to store content information and preferences. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our site or to display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity use LSOs such as Flash and HTML5 to collect and store information. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5 LSOs.

      5. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISER: We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Site. These companies may use information about your visit to the Site in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. In the course of serving advertisements to this Site, these companies may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser. If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices about not having this information used by these companies.

      6. BEHAVIORAL TARGETING/RE-TARGETING: We partner with a third party to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. You cannot opt out of the information used for the purpose of serving you interest-based ads... You will continue to receive generic/served ads.

      7. USE OF SITE BY CHILDREN : The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of fourteen (14), and we request that these individuals not provide Personal Information through the Site

  • B. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY US:

    We use information we collect on the Service in a variety of ways in providing the Service and operating our business, including the following:

We use the information that we collect on the Service to operate, maintain, enhance and provide all features of the Service, to provide services and information that you request, to respond to comments and questions and otherwise to provide support to users, and to process and deliver entries and rewards in connection with promotions that may be offered from time to time on the Service;

    2. We use the information that we collect on the Service to understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our users, to improve the Service, and to develop new products, services, features, and functionality;

    3. We may use your email address or other information we collect on the Service

      (i) to contact you for administrative purposes such as customer service, to address intellectual property infringement, privacy violations or defamation issues related to your User Content posted on the Service or

      (ii) to send communications, including updates on promotions and events, relating to products and services offered by us and by third parties we work with. Generally, you have the ability to opt-out of receiving any promotional communications as described below under “Account Settings”;

    4. We use your personal information, including your email address, to facilitate the services you request. We use your personal information in the file we maintain about you, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the Site to: resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; help promote safe matching; collect fees owed; measure consumer interest in our products and services; inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates; customize your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; enforce our User Agreement; and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection. At times, we may look across multiple users to identify problems or resolve disputes, and in particular we may examine your personal information to identify users using multiple usernames or aliases. We may compare and review your personal information for errors, omissions and for accuracy.

    5. You agree that we may use personal information, including your email address, about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, improve our content and product offerings, and customize the Site's content, layout, and services. These uses improve the Site and better tailor it to meet your needs, so as to provide you with a smooth, efficient, safe and customized experience while using the Site.

    14. in the case of Shippers and truckers, to track the location of the parcels being tracked through the Service.

    15. We also may use your information as may be described in a notice to you at the time the information is collected, or in any other manner to which you consent.

    16. We may aggregate Personal Information so that the aggregated information does not personally identify you or anyone else, such as by using Personal Information to calculate the percentage of our customers who live in a particular area. In some instances, we may combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your geographical location). If we combine any Non-Personal Information with Personal Information, the combined information will be treated by us as Personal Information as long as it is combined.

    17. To help you find an Independent Sales Representative(ISR) including suggesting a new HelloLoads Representative if your HelloLoads Representative has discontinued selling/marketing HelloLoads products, and to facilitate the business activities of an ISR.

  • C. WHEN WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION:

    Except as described in this Policy, we may disclose your information that we collect on the Service to third parties with or without your consent. We may disclose information to third parties in the following circumstances:

    1. Any information that you voluntarily choose to include in a publicly accessible area of the Service, such as a public profile page, will be available to anyone who has access to that content, including other users.

    2. We work with third party Users to provide website or application development, hosting, maintenance, and other services for us. These third parties may have access to or process your information as part of providing those services for us. Generally, we limit the information provided to these Users to that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions, and we require them to agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

    3. We may make certain automatically-collected, aggregated, or otherwise non-personally- identifiable information available to third parties for various purposes, including compliance with various reporting obligations; for business or marketing purposes; or to assist such parties in understanding our users’ interests, habits, and usage patterns for certain programs, content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality available through the Service.

    4. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with Indian laws (such as Indian Copyright Act, 1957), in response to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena or warrant, or to otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental agencies.

    5. We also reserve the right to disclose your information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to take precautions against liability, protect ourselves or others from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses or activity, investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, protect the security or integrity of the Service and any facilities or equipment used to make the Service available, or protect our property or other legal rights (including, but not limited to, enforcement of our agreements), or the rights, property, or safety of others.

As a matter of policy, we do not sell, rent or share any of your personal information, including your email address, to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. However, the following describes some of the ways that your personal information may be disclosed in the normal scope of business to provide our services.

    7. HelloLoads Community: Your HelloLoads username is displayed throughout the Site and is therefore available to the public. All of your activities on the Site will be identifiable to your username. Other people can see your bids, shipments you have listed, your feedback rating and associated comments, your postings on the Site, and so on. Therefore, if you associate your name with your username, the people you have revealed your name to will be able to personally identify your HelloLoads activities. If you are involved in a transaction, we have features that allow parties to the transaction to view your email address and obtain your contact information to help complete the transaction. Further, we may send out notices to you or other community members regarding suspicious activity or policy violations on the Site. To request removal of your personal information from the HelloLoads community, contact us at our contact information found below. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

    8. Information about our users, including personal information, may be disclosed and otherwise transferred to an acquirer, or successor or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets.

    9. Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose personal information, including your email address, to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or users may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the Site. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private.

    10. If you accept a transport request via us, we may provide location information of the parcels you carry to the requesting Shipper.

    11. We also may disclose your information as may be described in a notice to you at the time the information is collected, or in any other manner to which you consent.

    12. to Independent Sales Representatives, to the extent necessary for them to contact you, help you fulfill your orders or provide a service to you;

    13. to a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings); and

    14. as we believe necessary or appropriate: (a) under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities including public and government authorities outside your country of residence; (d) to enforce our terms and conditions; (e) to protect our operations or those of any of our affiliates; (f) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you or others; and (g) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.

    15. Because Non-Personal Information does not personally identify you, we may collect, use and disclose Non-Personal Information for any purpose.

  • D. YOUR CHOICES:

    1. You may, of course, decline to share certain personal information with us, in which case we may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionality of the Service.

    2. You may update, correct, or delete your profile information and preferences at any time by accessing your account preferences page on the Service. If you wish to access or amend any other personal information we hold about you, or to request that we delete any information about you that we have obtained from an Integrated Service, you may contact us at support@helloloads.com.

    3. We will occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals and promotions, as well as a newsletter. You are signed up for these emails at registration and you may unsubscribe at any time by going to your account tab and opting out of the emails, or by following the directions to unsubscribe in the email.

      Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe from each of these communications when we ask for it. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by emailing us at privacy@HelloLoads.com.

      You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/User, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party. Currently, it is not our policy to make this information available to any third parties.

      We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.

      Based upon the personal information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your email address, username, and password. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. Email is the primary means of communication between members doing transactions on the site and you must be able to receive this information to use HelloLoads properly.

    This Privacy Statement applies to the Personal Information of ISR collected by HelloLoads, whether collected online or offline. This information would be collected in addition to any Personal Information we may collect from you as an HelloLoads customer, as described above.

    If you seek to become an HelloLoads Representative we may collect and use your Personal Information including credit-related information to determine your eligibility.

    In order to be appointed an HelloLoads Representative, you may be required to enter into a separate agreement with HelloLoads (“Representative Agreement”). If you have entered into a Representative Agreement, we may collect, use and disclose your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Statement and the terms of your “Representative Agreement.” We also may collect, use and disclose your Personal Information as necessary to fulfill our obligations under the Representative Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Statement and the Representative Agreement, the terms of the Representative Agreement shall apply.

    Once you are an HelloLoads Representative (including a sales leader), we may disclose your Personal Information:

    • to district managers, area sales managers or their equivalent, who may be independent contractors to HelloLoads;

    • as part of our sales leadership program, to HelloLoads Representatives who are sales leaders;

    • to current and potential customers who are seeking the assistance of an HelloLoads Representative; and

    • as necessary to comply with legal requirements such as tax and record keeping obligations.

    We may also combine the Non-Personal Information that we and our third-party service providers collect about your use of our Site (as described above) with your unique Representative account number. We may use the combined information for purposes such as to analyze HelloLoads Representatives’ use of our Sites, in order to evaluate and make improvements to our business model, and for other internal analytics purposes.
